Services for Raymond Attenberger, 80, Mapleton, who died Sunday at the Hilltop Hospital Unit, Mankato, will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at St. John's Lutheran Church
here, the Rev. Fred Mueller officiating. Burial will be in Decoria Cemetery, Decoria Township. Visitation is 2 to 9 P.M. Tuesday at Tichenor Funeral Home here and one hour before the services at the church.
He was born Oct. 12, 1897 in Minnesota Lake. He married Cecelia Degner there March 4, 1930. He farmed in the Mapleton and Good Thunder areas until moving to Mapleton after his retirement. He was preceded in .death by his wife in 1971, his parents and a brother, Oscar.
He is survived by a son, Dean, San Diego, Calif.; three sisters, Mabel Fischer, Mapleton, Lida Gilister, new Richland, and Hilda Bleck, Saginaw, MI; a brother, Richard; and a grandchild. MFP, 1/23/1978.
