Elzie Tittsworth died at his home one mile northwest of Bluff Post office, Wednesday, Dec. 13th 1922, at 9 o'clock A.M. Deceased was born near Walnut Shade, June 24, 1872. He was married to Nannie Berry, Dec. 18, 1895. Eleven children were born to them, all living. They are, Mrs. Della Blansit of Walnut Shade, 26; Mrs. Minnie St Clair of Day, 24; Mrs Clara Cupp of Webb City, 22; Mrs Eula Ponas of Shefield, Mo., 20; and Floyd,19, Bonnie 17, Roxie, 15, Noel 13, Cleo, 11 Pauline, 8 and Leon, 6, still at home.
Funeral service was held at the family home at one P.M., Thursday, the 14th, O.F. Snow officiating, the wife and all the children being present with the exception of Mrs Clara Cupp, who joined the others at the cemetery. A large number of other relatives and neighbors were present. Interment was made in the Cupp grave yard on Bear Creek near Day, MO.
