Nannie Elizabeth Settlers was born to Joshua Allen and Malley Brooks Allen on July 8, 1887 in the State of Missouri and departed this life on August 13, 1967 at Skaggs Hospital in Branson, Missouri at the age of 80 years, one month and five days,
She was united in marriage to Jerry G. Setters on November 17, 1902 at Day, Missouri and to this union was born 12 children. Her husband and three children preceded her in death.
Mrs Setters is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Cue Robinette of Hollister, and Mrs. Norma Caudle of Anchorage, Alaska; seven sons, Leonard of Phoenix, Ariz., Chester of Sacramento, Calif., Jerry of Anchorage, Alaska, Clarence of Kodiak, Alaska, George of Little Rock, Ark., Jess and Lloyd both of Sacramento, Calif.; 50 grandchildren and 50 great grant grandchild; one brother, Clarence Allen of Wichita, Kansas; and one sister, Bessie Raubs, of Walnut Shade.
Funeral services were held Wednesday at 2 P.M. in the Whelchel Chapel with Rev. John Daley officiating. Burial was in the Nash Cemetery North of Branson under the direction of Whelchel's.
