William Horatio Bowen born September 25, 1928 died October 1995 was my grandmother's youngest child. He is buried just below her at the foot of his dad Joseph Abner Bowen's grave. Please add the family connection. There was another son as well, James Bowen who was lost at sea in WWII. He was a Navy Fireman First Class on a ship stationed at Pearl Harbor. Never made it home. My grandmother never felt like celebrating her birthday as a result.
