Karlene died on Thursday, October 7, 2004 from injuries suffered in an accident on the family farm in rural Kalona at the age of 5 years, 9 months and 23 days. Karlene is survived by her parents Rudy and Geneva; a sister and 4 brothers - Stanley Eugene Brenneman 9; Gladys Elaine Brenneman 6; Lyle Devon Brenneman 4; Myron Lester Brenneman 2; Sheldon Ray Brenneman 1; grandparents - Lester and Anna Mae Coblentz; and Bertha Brenneman all of Kalona; 3 aunts; 4 uncles and 37 cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandfather - Raymond G. Brenneman; and great grandparents - Dennis and Ida Miller; Lewis and Katie Brenneman; John and Lena Yoder; Ab and Tillie Coblentz.
