She was employed in the dry goods department of the Cornelison company of Alta prior to her marriage. She was a member of the Pesbyterian Church, Alta and American Legion Auxillary, Alta. Preceding her death were her parents; husband; four brothers and five sisters.
Survivors include one son -- Willis R. Castle, wife Eunice, Roswell, NM; two daughters Barbara (Mrs Lester) Watson, Roswell, NM; Frances (Mrs Stuart) Peterson, Alta; nine grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
