Mrs. McNeil was the widow of the late Henry C. McNeil and she is survived by the following children, Mrs. Hattie Doherty, Charles McNeil, Ralph McNeil, Mrs. Herman Steel, Mrs. Walter Reed, and Mrs. Gus Olsen of this city and Joseph McNeil of Jackson, Miss. Twenty-eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren also survive her.
Mrs. McNeil, through her gentle and kindly feeling for others, especially those in trouble and need, numbered many friends; and nothing gave her more pleasure than to be of service to those in need.
The funeral services will be held at the family residence this afternoon at 3 o'clock, Monsignor Hayden will conduct the services and the following gentlemen will act as pallbearers. Henry McNeil, Ralph McNeil.Jr., Henry Doherty, James Powell, Robert Burke and Hendry Sanders. Interment in the City Cemetery.
