Carl Gregory Adlon, 82, of Sunny Acres Drive, Elizabeth City, NC died Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at Water Brooke Assisted Living. He was born July 7, 1934 in East Orange, NJ to the late Carlyle Gregory Adlon and Eva Hogg Adlon and was the husband of Rachel Turano Adlon. He served his country honorably in the US Army and retired after a long and successful career as a real estate agent.
In addition to his wife of sixty years, he is survived by daughter Leith Kathryn Woods and husband Michael of Nutley, NJ; son Scott G. Adlon and wife Michele of Elizabeth City; two brothers, Bruce Adlon of IL and Kurt Adlon of Clifton, NJ; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
