He is survived by his wife, Katherine Webb; three daughters, Sandra Webb and Deborah Webb, both of Memphis and Lela Mae Johnson of Chicago, IL; one son, Harvey L. Webb, Jr. of Memphis; two brothers, M.T. Webb and L.D. Webb; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. N.J.
