Beverly Carol Martin of Elmore City, Oklahoma was born to Lowell and Myrtle (Reeves) Parks on December 5, 1940 in Remsen, Iowa and passed from this life on October 7, 2020 at the age of 79 years.
Beverly graduated from Central Jr. College in McPherson, Kansas. On June 9, 1961, Beverly married Doyle Martin in Le Mars, Iowa. She worked at various jobs over the years, but mostly spent her time being a housewife and raising 3 boys. The highlights of her life were her 3 sons and 3 grandchildren. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Elmore City. The most important thing Beverly taught others was to love the Lord.
Mrs. Martin is survived by:
Husband: Doyle Martin of the home
Sons: Rodney Allen Martin, Brent Lee Martin, and Monte Dean Martin
Sister: Blanche Hazelbaker and husband Jim
3 grandchildren: Luke, Holt, and Elle Martin
Sisters-in-law: Martha Parks and Irene Staly
Mrs. Martin was preceded in death by:
Her parents: Lowell and Myrtle Parks
Brothers: Ralph Parks and Lyle Parks
Funeral services are scheduled at the Elmore City First Baptist Church. The family respectfully requests attendees wear masks to the service due to COVID.
