Naomi Jewel Reed, 94, of Charles Town, West Virginia, passed away Sunday, October 4, 2020 at home. Born September 8, 1926, in Midlothian, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Frank Willetts and Julie Ann Skidmore. She was of Assembly of God Faith, attending Bolivar Pentecostal Church in Harpers Ferry, WV.
She was a pastor’s wife for over 40 years. Naomi had a heart of love and warmth that touched family and friends. She had a great love for church and family.
She is survived by her three sons, William, Jr. and wife Elaine; Jess and wife, Sharon and Wayne and wife, Niecee; daughter-in-law, Susan, eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her beloved husband of over 70 years, the Reverend William Paul Reed, Sr., she was preceded in death by one son, Mark Reed and 11 sisters and brothers.
Services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at Bolivar Pentecostal Church, 87 Old Taylor Lane, Harpers Ferry, WV, with Rev. B.G. Turner officiating. Interment will be in Edge Hill Cemetery in Charles Town, WV.
