Marilynn Ruth (Stroud) Allen, 71, of Newburgh, Indiana, passed away on Friday, October 2, 2020 at her home. She was born on December 10, 1948 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Howard Thomas and Virginia Elizabeth (Cowan) Stroud.

Marilynn graduated in 1989 from Ball State University. She owned her own company, Total Benefit Solutions LLC. She loved nothing more than to be with and watch her family in traveling, music, laughter and having everyone together. She also loved music and watching it play out in her kid's lives. Marilynn was extremely kind, always including everyone. She was known for saying "There's always room for one more!" It's going to be hard to imagine holidays and family gatherings without her.

Marilynn is survived by her husband of 44 years, Alan "Wayne" Allen; daughter, Jennifer Thompson (Aaron); son, Michael Allen (Kimberly); daughter, Kristin Kilgour (Brian); grandchildren, Chase Wampler, Andrew Thompson, Luke Wampler, Elizabeth Wampler, Olivia Thompson, Isaac Allen, Ezra Allen, Eldana Allen, Jude Allen, Cooper Kilgour, Leah Kilgour, Collin Kilgour and Crew Kilgour; and many extended family members.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 6, 2020, officiated by Mike Claypool, with burial in Bluff Springs Cemetery. Friends may visit on Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
