William Cain, eighty years old, died Friday night at his home, 535 West Chestnut street. He was born at Rochester, Mo., and had been a resident of this community most of his life. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ellen Cain; five daughters, Mrs. Mary Taylor, White Cloud, Kan.; Mrs. Daisy Hancock, Pryor, Okla.; Mrs. Edith Hurst, Halls, Mo.; Mrs. E. Lammers, Amazonia, Mo., and Mrs. Grace Fugger, Kansas City, Kan.; a son, Clarence Cain, Kansas City, Kan.; twenty-one grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. The body is at Fleeman's mortuary pending funeral arrangements.
