Mrs. J. R. Black Dies Near City
Funeral services for Mrs. J. R. Black were held this afternoon at Mulberry Presbyterian Church, four miles west of the city, at 4 o'clock this afternoon, followed by burial in the churchyard cemetery.
Mrs. Black was 73 years of age. She dies last night at 7 o'clock at her home on the Plaza Road. She is survived by her husband; six sons, PJ Black, CR Black, JA Black, HG Black, JA Black, EL Black, all of this city; four daughters, Mrs. EM House, Mrs. JT Smith, Mrs. Mason Griffith and Mrs. George Freeman, all of this city, and 46 grandchildren.
