Faye O. Taylor was the daughter of Richard Folk "Dick" Taylor and Jennie Mae (Ward) Taylor. The middle initial "O" can be seen in the 1910 US Fed Census when she was a girl at home, with her parents stating her name.
Faye first married John Raymond Fillpot when she was 16, and they were the parents of her son Delmar Delmont Fillpot. The couple divorced and in 1930 Faye married Lester Jewell Westmoreland. As was common at the time, she used her former surname initial as her middle name instead of her birth name, thus the "F" for Fillpot on her headstone.
