She was born in Oshkosh, July 23, 1919, the daughter of Florence Erban and Albert Domer. Norine graduated from Oshkosh High School in 1948 and briefly attended UWO prior to moving to Oakland, CA in 1952. She was employed by Kaiser Medical for 38 years.
Norine enjoyed several hobbies including traveling with friends to Hawaii, Florida, Europe, Panama, etc. She was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church.
Norine was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Carol Leinweber, and one half-sister, Iris Droysen Peters. She is survived by a niece, Cathy Schlieter; a nephew, Bryan Leinweber; half niece, Lynn Coates; a half nephew, Ron Peters; and several friends.
Private funeral services have been held with interment at Riverside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Trinity Episcopal Church, or the Oshkosh Humane Society.
