Born on December 6, 1942 in Keyser, WV, she was a daughter of the late Russell B. and Eleanor V. (White) Shaffer. She also was preceded in death by her husband, Carl E. Anderson on July 23, 2013; three brothers, Robert, Thomas and Ronald Shaffer and a sister, Irene Shaffer.
Mrs. Anderson was a 1961 graduate of Keyser High School and was formerly employed with the Keyser Garment Factory. She was Baptist by faith.
Surviving are her children, Sheila E. Anderson, Leonard Carl Anderson and Curtis Lee Anderson, all of Keyser and Linda L. Anderson of Burlington; a sister, Donna Shaffer of Keyser; 16 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild "on the way."
A graveside service will be conducted at the Potomac Memorial Gardens, Keyser, on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Samuel Biser officiating.
