KERNERSVILLE - Adam James Motsinger, the infant son of Jason and Shelly Mabe Motsinger, died Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2003, at Forsyth Medical Center. Surviving in addition to his parents are a brother, Nathan Motsinger, also of the home; maternal grandparents Wayne and Diane Mabe of Kernersville; his paternal grandparents, David and Gale Motsinger of Winston-Salem; and great-grandmothers Hallie Mabe, Lois Redmon and Thelma James, all of Kernersville, and Pauline Motsinger of Winston-Salem. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at Glennview Baptist Church Cemetery by the Rev. Bill Coleman. The family will receive friends immediately after the service in the church fellowship hall. Hayworth-Miller-Cain Funeral Home is assisting the Motsinger family. Memorials may be directed to Glennview Baptist Church Children's Fund, 4275 Glenn High Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27107.
