Bev
Walter and Francis had twins. One lived 15 minutes and one lived a couple hours. One was able to be Baptized and one was not. The Catholic cemetery would not allow the unbaptized twin to be buried on consecrated ground. A family member held the wake at home with two tiny caskets. At the end of the night she put them both in one casket and sealed it. The cemetery unaware, buried them in the consecrated ground.
Just recently, family members, one being a great niece to the twins, purchased the plot where the babies are buried and the cemetery agreed to add both the babies' names to the cemetery records. A stone was bought and placed on the little ones grave. Almost 100 years after the babies died they finally have a marked grave.
