Ferdinand "Ferdy" Wieslaw Baumgart, 56, passed away June 6, 2006 at a local hospital. He was born on May 5, 1950 in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany to Fryderyk and Javina Baumgart. He married Shirley D. Davis on November 12, 1977. She survives of the home. He worked for IBM for 23 years and was currently employed as a Field Manager for Sears Home Improvement Products. He was a musician performing with the BopDaddies in Topeka. He was a member of the Kaw Valley Amature Radio Club and the National Fishing Lures Collectors Club. Additional survivors include his mother Javina Baumgart, Topeka, one brother, Walderman Baumgart and wife Kara, Peaceful Valley, CO. He was preceded in death by his father Fryderyk and brother George Baumgart. Memorial Services are pending. Memorial contributions to a charity of donors choice or to the Helping Hands Animal Shelter.
