Barbara Gulgowski passed away on April 7, 2020 at the age of 84 years.

Beloved wife of Frank Gulgowski. Barb was the LOVE of Frank's life for 63 wonderful years, his best friend, soul mate, and Messmer High School Sweetheart. Barb was a proud, dedicated and loving stay at home Mom of Steve (Kathy) and Dave (Linda).

Barb and Frank danced their way thru life doing ballroom, polka, line dancing, and over 30 years of square dancing. She was a talented musician who played both piano and organ by ear and passed on her talent to her exceptional and loving grandson Peter.

Besides Peter, she is survived by two step-grandsons, Matt (Bonnie) Czarnik and Jason (Jackie) Czarnik plus three great step-grandchildren. Dear sister of Don (Johanna), and Tom (Chris) Runte. Also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by parents Eugene and Clara (Nee Metz) Runte.

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, a celebration of her life will be held at a future date. The family would like to thank the dedicated and professional nurses and aids at the Village of Manor Park (Maplewood Center) for the loving care they provided to Barb.

Private entombment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to the American Cancer Society or Alzheimer's Association.
