Pastor and schoolteacher, involved with founding many Lutheran churches across Indiana.

For a time, beginning in 1856, Eusebius was postmaster for Whitestown, Boone County, Indiana.

Eusebius, and his wife, Catherine, appear on the 1870 census, in Jackson Township, Fountain County.

The Lutheran Almanac and Year-book indicates that Eusebius was living in Gosport, Owen County, Indiana, during the years 1872 and 1873, and that he died in Montgomery County, in 1874.
