Vi lived in Gooding, Idaho, from an early age until marrying Benjamin Headrick on June 29, 1946. They moved to Goldendale in 1958 and that has been her home, except for a few years in southern California. Vi is a member character member of Christ the King Lutheran Church. After Ben's early retirement, they spent many happy years traveling in their RV. They traveled from Alaska to Florida to Mexico.
Vi spent many happy years at the Goldendale senior center. She Volunteered for 20 years in the Goldendale senior center's kitchen. She enjoys crafting, crocheting, puzzles, reading, playing pinochle and cribbage, and working in her yard.
Vi is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Benjamin, son Benjamin Junior., Eight sisters and two brothers. Vi is survived by her son Rick (Karen)Headrick, granddaughters Heather Headrick, Jennifer McIsaac, Samantha Colcord; and one great grandson Grayson McIsaac; and many nieces and nephews. The obituary said she was born in Pendal, Arizona.
