Achsah Lucile Denham Davis, 88, formerly of 223 Marshall St., Cedartown, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2007 at an area medical facility. Mrs. Davis was born in Upson County, Ga., on July 24, 1919. She was the daughter of the late Alvah and Mary Hoyle Denham. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harvie Dean Davis. Mrs. Davis was a retired bank teller of the First National Bank in Cedartown. Mrs. Davis is survived by a sister, Frankie D. Fallin of Thomaston; a number of nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews also survive. The graveside service was conducted on Saturday, Sept. 8, at 2 p.m. at Greenwood Cemetery in Cedartown with Rev. Dusty Raines officiating. Pallbearers were Keith Fallin, Kevin Fallin, Blake Fallin, Brandon Fallin, Eric Fallin and Ronnie Raines. The Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements
