Preceded in death by son, Kenneth, and survived by wife, of 60 years, Norine L. Van Deventer, son, Dr. Gary Van Deventer of Santa Barbara, CA., daughters Deanna Eden, and Carol Zellmer, her husband John, of Cypress; four grandchildren, a nephew and niece. Member of Heights Presbyterian WWII Bronze Star Awardee, 50 year Mason. Visitation 10:00am, prior to service at 11:00am, Friday, Sept. 29, at Cypress United Methodist, 13403 Cypress N. Houston, Cypress, TX. Interment at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, just north of I-10 on Antoine.
