THEYS – Doris J., 84, formerly of South Fork, died July 29, 2018 at Traditions of Hershey Personal Care home. Born September 28, 1933 in Johnstown, daughter of John and Caroline (Schiermund) Trimbath. Preceded in death by husband, Daniel Theys, who died September 17, 2016; parents, and 8 brothers and sisters.

Survived by son, Chris, married to Maria (Kestermont), Sidman; and daughter, Debra, wife of Lewis Heckman, Hummelstown, Penn.; grandchildren, Beth Ann, wife of Greg Bodenschatz, New Germany; Brad Theys, married to Marjorie (Connonie), Salix; Kim Wadsworth, engaged to Frank Stodolak, Hershey; Doug Wadsworth, Galveston, Texas; Lisa Armbruster, wife of Jonathan, Ponte Vedra, Forida; Paul Heckman, husband of Betsy, Richmond, Virginia; and great-grandchildren Gunner and Emilee Rose Bodenschatz, Bethany Brenchak, Tristan Rosenberry, Katelyn and Madison Stodolak, Ellie and Maya Armbruster, Brandon, Liam, Lyla, and Lane Heckman.

Doris was a member of First United Methodist Church, South Fork. She worked as a seamstress for Empire Foundations and retired after 38 years. She cherished her beloved family; enjoyed fishing, dancing, spending time with friends and family and loved being outside. She loved the calm blue waters along the shores of the Gulf of Mexico.

Friends will be received from 9 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Friday at Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc., South Fork, the Rev. Terry Trudgen presiding. Interment, South Fork Cemetery.
