Tracy passed away peacefully at home after a courageous battle with cancer.
She was born in Catskill on January 20, 1972, the daughter of Walter W. Bennett, Jr., and the late Joan M. Bennett.
Raised in Oak Hill, Tracy graduated from Cairo-Durham High School. She was a bus driver for Coxsackie Transport, and enjoyed knitting, shooting pool, and going to yard sales.
In addition to her father, Tracy is survived by her life partner and best friend, WIlliam Palmer; her children, Clarissa Rose Bink (Cameron) and James Bink (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Jayme, Noah, and Leslie; her siblings, Douglas (Renee) Bennett, Robin (Bruce) Terrell, and Roger (Lori) Bennett; and many nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID virus, her memorial services were private. A public memorial service will be held at a later date.
