Audrey accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior as a teenager at Milroy Church. Her loving and godly life was exemplary to all who knew her. Her focus was her family and touching the lives of others. Audrey will be dearly missed until we are reunited in Heaven.
She is survived by five children; two siblings; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Audrey was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Daniel Clark; second husband, Howard Cook; and four siblings - Dorothy Smith, Raymond Smith, Alvin Smith and Robert Smith.
Visitation will be from 11 AM – 1 PM on Sunday, September 6, 2020 at Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel in Francesville, IN. Funeral services will be held at 1 PM with Pastor Chad Pentecost officiating. Burial will take place at Osborne Cemetery in Rensselaer, IN.
