Alene D. Lindsey went home to be with her Heavenly Father on May 21, 2013. Born June 29, 1951 to John (Liz) Lindsey and Gency (Wilbert) Watts, in Iuka, MS.
Alene was a life long resident of Lansing and attended Lansing Public Schools, graduating from Sexton High School in 1969.
Alene was preceded in death by her mother Gency (Wilbert) Watts, her brothers, John Lindsey Jr., and Sylvester Washington, and sister Cathy Gutierrez.
Alene is survived by her two daughters; four sisters and three brothers.
Services will be held at Church of God International Ministries, 4125 W. St. Joe Hwy, Lansing.
