Donald Wayne Napper 79 of Elba, Alabama departed this life Wednesday, September 2, 2020, at his home in Elba. Graveside services will be held from Evergreen Cemetery on Tuesday, September 8, 2020, at 11:00 AM with Rev. Ken Wilson officiating. The Napper family would like to thank all those connected with Elba Senior Citizen Center for the care and friendship shown to Don.
