A resident of Jonesboro for the past six months, he had made his home in Pasadena, Texas, most of life. Mr. Hill was a biomedical administrator for NASA, retiring in 1987 after more than 20 years. During his employment with NASA, he also helped with the development of the Apollo Program. A veteran of World War II, Mr. Hill served with the U.S. Air Force. He and Mildred Natalie Dutton have been married for 60 years this year. He was also an artist. He was a member of the Faith Presbyterian Church in Pasadena where he served as an elder and Sunday School Teacher.
