SURVIVORS: Wife, Viola of Portland; 4 sons, Elvin G. and Charles E., both of Taft, William E. Baker, Jr. of Fairbanks, Alaska, O.J. Baker of CalAllen; 2 daughters, Mrs. Elsie Hickey of Corpus Christi and Mrs. Jonell Wiegel of Austin; brother, Clarence Baker of Lubbock; 16 grandchildren.
