Broadway resident, Daniel H. Gosnell, 65, passed away at his home and was discovered by his daughter, Mrs. Edward Bird on Wednesday afternoon, June 24th. Mr. Gosnell lived alone and was last seen Tuesday evening. The Coroner believes death was due to heart problems as Mr. Gosnell had recently been seen by his doctor in regard to heart issues.
A former Marysville resident, Mr. Gosnell repaired watches for a living. Mr. Gosnell was divorced from Elvira Watson Gosnell, who survives him in Four Corners, along with five children, four of which are living with the mother.
Funeral services were held from the home Thursday and burial was made in Broadway Cemetery.
