Leonie Louise Davis, 100, of Carmel, passed away August 20, 2020. She was born March 25, 1920 in South Bend, Indiana to the late John Clifford and Sarah Elizabeth Beghan.

Leonie was a graduate of Central High School, South Bend. She married Curtis Davis in 1946 and they were married for 51 years. Curtis preceded her in death October 29, 1997.

Leonie was employed with the Department of the Navy during World War II and Department of Veteran Affairs for 30 years, retiring in 1975. She was a longtime member of Fishers United Methodist Church and a former member of Order of Eastern Star.

Leonie is survived by her loving daughter, Susan J. Pressler (Milton); grandchildren, Sarah E. Rohrer (Brian) and Brian C. Bennett (Veronica); great-granddaughter, Isabella Rose Rohrer; sister, Naomi R. Milcherska; and many nieces and nephews.

A brother, Adrian C. Beghan, preceded her in death.
