FRANK S ANDERSON
Frank S Anderson was born in Skonic, Sweden, Dec. 15, 1850 and died Feb. 19, 1924. Aged 73 years, 1 month and 25 days. He came to America in 1870 and was married to Matilda Anderson at Waterbury, Conn., Sept. 21, 1875. To this union were born five children, 3 girls and 2 boys - Hattie Williams of Olathe, Kans., Henry of Marquette, George of Pengree, Ida., and Mrs Sadie Land of Marquette.
His wife and one daughter, Mrs Stewart, preceded him to the Great Beyond. He came to Hamilton County in 1877 and has resided here since. He united with the Lutheran Church in 1878.
He leaves a host of relatives and friends to mourn his departure.
So when life's sweet journey ends,
Soul and body part like friends -
No quarrels, no murmurs, no delay;
A kiss, a sign, and so away
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Feb. 12th, at the Methodist church in Marquette, conducted by Rev Hamilton, assisted by Rev Henry. Interment was made in Richland cemetery.
