Obituary
Funeral services for Mrs. Henrietta Carlyle, 85, of Ash, who died at her home Thursday afternoon, were held yesterday at 3:30 pm at the Mill Branch church with the Rev. Sammy Goss, of Shallotte, officiating. Burial followed in Griffin Cemetery. She is survived by six sons, W. A and Robert Carlye, of Whiteville G. W. Carlyle, D. L. Carlyle and J. C. Carlyle, of Ash; and R. B. Carlyle of Beulaville; five daughters, Mrs. Kate Smith, Mrs. Scottie Hewitt and Mrs. Pearlie Milligan, all of Ash Mrs. Rosa Phillips, of Shallotte, and Mrs. Geneva Grice of Lumberton; one brother Wes Stanley of Shallotte and one sister, Mrs. Ellen Spencer of Bladenboro.
