The funeral of Turman Hurlbut Sr., aged 73 years, who died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Frank Forsyth, Tuesday morning, December 22 of Bright’s disease, was held Thursday morning, December 24, at 11 o’clock. Mr. Hurlbut has been engaged in the mill and feed business at this place for twelve years, for some time being in partnership with A.W. Woodworth, of Enosburg Falls. He was a man of sterling qualities and business integrity. Of his immediate family he is survived by five sons and two daughters.
