Mr. Cooper was born on September 15, 1962 in Florence County, son of Jethro Cooper and the late Edna Mae Turner Cooper. He was a graduate of Hannah-Pamplico High School. Mr. Cooper was a member of New Prospect Free Will Baptist Church and was a truck driver for Baker Transportation.
Mr. Cooper was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Vera Mae Miller; father-in-law, Shelton Miller and sister-in-law, Myrtle Lee Cooper.
