Mrs. Webb was born in Wells County and was retired from the Excello Corp., Elwood. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Elwood.

Survivors include a son, Richard, Pensacola, Fla.; and two sisters, Mrs. Naomi Favors, Gas City. and Mrs.. Hazel Roe, Markle.

Services were held on Monday at the Kopher and Fesler Funeral Home, 415 S. Anderson St., Elwood, with the Rev. Ed Finley officiating. Burial was made in Park Cemetery, Fairmount.
