Claude Bays, 85 of Hilton Village, W. Va. was a son of the late Henderson and Clarinda Fleshman Bays. He had lived in Hilton Village for five and a half years, was a member of the Missionary Baptist Church, and was a retired lumberman. He is survived by a daughter, Berthel Milliron of Baltimore, Md.; two sons, James Bays of Hilton Village, and Carl Bays of Lancaster, Pa.; 13 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren.
