Heaven gained a special soul on July 23, 2020. Henry was born on August 1, 1950 to Joe Bennett and Gusette Sallee in Marfa, Texas and they then moved to Worland, Wyoming.

Henry joined the Army in 1967 and was in the Airborne Ranger training. He married his high school sweetheart Sharon Jean Showalter on August 17, 1968. Due to a parachute injury, Henry received a honorable medical discharge in October of 1969.

Henry was a jack of all trades. He worked in the oil fields, was a meat cutter and an owner of a Daylight Donuts establishment. He was also the owner of Henry Lee's Smoked Ribs and went on to win 1st place in Nixa, Missouri with ribs using his own Henry Lee smoked dry rib seasoning.

Henry loved hunting, archery, fishing, knife making, motorcycle riding and playing his bass with the worship team, but above all Henry loved the Lord the most.

Henry is survived by his wife, Jean; children, Shareena and Joe Lyn; sisters, Jolene and Laurie; brothers, Joe and Jimmy-Joe; three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

He was proceeded in death by his mom, Gusette; dad, Joe; his stepmother, Charlotte; son, Henry Adam; and brother, Donald Price.

Memorial services will be held on Friday, August 21, 2020 at 11:00 am at the Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church at 777 East 7th Street in Powell, with the Honor Guard to follow at Crown Hill Cemetery.
