Danny was born, August 10, 1960 to Jerry and Leona (Stacey) McKinney, in Tucumcari. He enjoyed spending time with his family. Jerry loved working on cars, hunting and fishing.
Survivors include his mother; Leona McKinney, sister; Tara Wallace, four brothers; Clark McKinney, Sonny McKinney and his wife Amelda, Kenneth McKinney and his wife Liz all of Tucumcari, NM, Dean Lathan of Hutchinson, KS and a host of nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father; Jerry McKinney.
