She was born on January 30, 1910, in Saint Anthony, Missouri, the daughter of Robert Lee Bailey and Deliah Belle Burlingame.
Elsie and William Austin "Willie" Grosvenor were married on October 22, 1926, in Tuscumbia, Missouri.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband on June 5, 1990.
Survivors include 1 daughter, 4 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be from 12 noon until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 9, at Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. The interment will be in Jarrett Cemetery, Iberia.
