VEEDERSBURG -- Edna E. Wienke Seymour, 95, formally of 806 W. St. died at 11p.m. Friday, Jan. 5 , 2001 in the Waters of Covington Nursing Center, Born in Broadlands, Ill. on July 18 , 1905, she grew up and was educated there.. She lived at Route 3, Veedersville from 1941 until moving to West State Street in 1991 . She married Robert G Seymour on Sept. 6 , 1924 in Seymour, Ill. and he died Feb.1 , 1993.
Mrs Seymour was a homemaker and a member of Nunber Ten Christian Church of Armstrong, Ill. Her hobbies were Crocheting and gardening. Surviving are two daughters Helen Millir ( husband Gene) and Mrs Bernice Merrill , both of Veedersville ; four sons, Walter Seymour (wife Frances) of Mellt; Lyle Seymour (wife Nancy) of Newtown, Don Seymour (wife Glenda) of Hillsboro and Rolland Seymour (wife Shorn) Route 3, Veedersburg; a brother, Chris Koss (wife Mable) and two sisters, Mrs Bertha Hannah and Mrs Pauline Ziegler all of Monticello Ill.
Services are in Hillsboro on Wednesday.
