Clark J. Miller, 93, of Murphy Street, Hollidaysburg, formerly of Alum Bank, died on Saturday, Aug. 1, 2020, at his home.

Mr. Miller was born in Napier Township on June 19, 1927, son of the late Bruce and Irene (Hoover) Miller.

On July 3, 2008, Clark married Carol L. (Duffee) Miller.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Kenneth J., husband of Rosemarie (Huntsman) Miller, Alum Bank; a son, Jeffery L., husband of Janice (Allison) Miller, New Paris; a daughter, Vickie J., wife of Mark Eckman, Alum Bank; a daughter, Wanda J., wife of Herb Fiege, New Paris; a daughter, Shelley Y. Deremer, Lancaster; a son, Gregory N., husband of Michelle (Thomas) Miller, Johnstown; a brother, Roy Miller, Everett; a sister, Ethel George, Vero Beach, Fla.; a sister, Elsie Lewis, The Villages, Fla.; a sister, Ruthanna, and stepson, Mark Plowman, Merritt Island, Fla. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

Clark was preceded in death by his first wife, the former Audrey Morgart; a sister, Pauline Heiple; and four brothers: Donald “Bud,” Owen, Ray and Clair Miller.

Clark was a U.S. Army Veteran and served during WW II.

He was a retired carpenter for the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission out of Everett Maintenance and was a former dairy farmer.

Friends will be received on Wednesday, Aug. 5, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Jack H. Geisel Funeral Home Inc., Pleasantville. (Masks are suggested.)

A funeral service will be held at Jack H. Geisel Funeral Home, Pleasantville, at 11 a.m. on Wednesday with Pastor Eric Larson officiating. Interment at Bedford County Memorial Park. Military rites accorded by Fort Bedford Honor Guard.
