Adam Nathaniel Decker, 42, passed away Saturday, August 1, 2020. He was born in Corbin, KY on July 16, 1978 to Connie West and Ricky Decker. Adam worked for UPS and was a member of the First Methodist Church. He loved camping, hiking, fishing, outdoors, making people laugh, and his motorcycle. He was a Retired United States Army Veteran, serving during the Iraq war, where he earned the Meritorious Service Medal and the Iraq campaign medal.
In additional to his parents, he is survived by his sisters Abigale West Embry, VA, and Aemilia West Willis, Richmond; his brothers Dustin Decker, London and Sean Decker, Corbin; his paternal grandmother Eula Decker, Corbin; as well as, his nieces and nephews Jude Carter Embry, Aubrey Phillips, and Rowen Phillips.
He was preceded in death by his brother DeWayne Decker and his nephew Griffin Embry.
Graveside service will be held at 2:30pm at Camp Nelson National Cemetery on Thursday, August 6, 2020.
