BURIED AT RIALTO
Deceased Was an Orange Grower who Formerly Resided in Kansas. Funeral One of the Largest Ever Held in Rialto.
RIALTO, Jan. 15 (Special correspondence of THE SUN.) One of the largest funerals ever held in Rialto was held here this afternoon when the remains of the late James T. Tolle, who died on Tuesday last, were laid to rest. The funeral was held from the Methodist church, Rev. Sproules officiating. Interment was in the Rialto cemetery.
The deceased was native of Kentucky, but spent the greater portion of his life in Kansas. Two years ago he came to Rialto, purchased an orange orchard and established a home for himself and family, which consists of a wife and twelve sons and daughters. He came to California thinking that the climate would benefit his health. He was aged 69 years.
During the two years he resided here he made many friends by his genial disposition.
