Mr. Lanclos was a native of Leonville and a resident of Houston, Texas for forty-seven years. He retired with Houston Transit Company after thirty-three years of service, and worked for Amaco Production for ten years. He was a parishioner of St. Francis Regis Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife of fifty-nine years, Gladys Lanclos, the former Gladys Marks of Arnaudville; a brother, Edward Jay Marks and his wife Carroll of Splendora, TX; a sister, Mildred Fields of Houston, TX; and his dog of seventeen years, Rusty Lanclos.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Antoine Lanclos and the former Hilda Moreau; a brother, Anthony Lanclos; and two sisters Louise Eppes and Beulah Lanclos.
