Preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Lillian (nee: Blevins) Kuntz, daughter-in-law, Kathy Kuntz, one brother, Homer Lee Kuntz and one sister, Jo Ann Hogan.
He is survived by his two sons, Mike Kuntz of Lebanon, Barry (Rhonda) Kuntz of Lebanon, his daughter, Angela (Curt) Day of Waynesville, two brothers, Ronald Kuntz and Francis Kuntz, four grandchildren, Jayla Wallingford, Tabitha Day, Molly Kuntz, Abigail (Dakota) Tuck, one great-grandchild, Haven Rose Tuck and one great-grandson on the way.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, services will be private. Interment will take place in Miami Valley Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association. Arrangements by the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home.
