Age 58 of Portage died suddenly February 27, 2012 in Ashtabula, Ohio. Keith was born April 26, 1953 in Royal Oak to Arthur and Dorothy (DuChatau) Layzell. He was a truck driver for Ralph Moyle Trucking. Keith is survived by his fiance' Kristina Steinman and her son Michael Steinman, his father Arthur Layzell [now deceased] as well as many other friends and family, including dogs Misha and Lily. Keith grew up in Royal Oak an only child and enjoyed swimming, baseball and traveling to National Parks with his parents. He graduated from Western Michigan University and liked the Kalamazoo area so much he decided to make it his home. Keith loved nature and wildlife, gardening, riding his motorcycle and boating with friends. Keith has been cremated and there will be no formal services.
